Welcome travellers to our stunning seafront apartment located in the lovely part of Sliema's Qui-Si-Sana neighbourhood. Step inside and be amazed by the stylish & modern design of this three bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment! It can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends! Our home has a seafront balcony accessible from the designer living area and a large back terrace with BBQ. A fully equipped kitchen is also available. Wifi & AC included. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| A large living area, with mesmerising views. Sofa and smart TV available and a large dining table with chic design throughout. The ensuite bathroom ensures privacy and convenience, surrounded by contemporary decor for a tranquil atmosphere. Second Bedroom: Unwind in the second bedroom, featuring 2 cozy single beds and thoughtful decor for a serene ambiance. Third Bedroom (Ensuite): Indulge in the third bedroom's luxurious setting with a comfortable double bed. The ensuite bathroom adds excl Bathrooms| 3 Large bathrooms , two being an ensuite with a shower while the main bathroom includes a bathtub. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) - Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 8.
