This is our downstairs unit, with brand new flooring, new windows, stainless steel appliances and brand new central AC (no window ac units). You will get this apartmet all by yourself and your family, no sharing with anyone. It even has a great "selfie wall" for a memory picture! :) During winter there will be heated snow mats all around the stairs and walkways. You will be responsible to keep your car space clear of snow. Tools will be provided (its a small area)
