Getting around The house is located in the Jasper Park area of Edmonton, Alberta. Public transportation: The nearest bus stop is located just a few minutes' walk from the house, providing easy access to the rest of the city. The Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) operates bus routes that connect to major destinations throughout the city. Driving: The house has easy access to major roads, including Jasper Avenue and 109 Street, making it easy to get around by car. There is also a free parking available on the property. Cycling: The area is also great for cycling, with several bike lanes and paths nearby. Walking: The neighbourhood has a lot of parks and trails, perfect for a leisurely walk or a hike. Taxi and Rideshare services: Taxis and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay. We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
