Sehr gediegene und komfortable Ausstattung.

Drogenprostitution direkt in der Straße trübt die Urlaubsstimmung. In einem solchen Umfeld entsteht leider ein sehr eingeschränktes Sicherheitsgefühl aufgrund leicht zu erratender Türcodes. Trotz Security stand die Haupteingangstüre in den frühen Morgenstunden offen.

Wunderschöne neue Appartements. Das Haus ist sehr gut renoviert. Alles da, was man braucht. Inklusive Terrassen. Sehr liebevoll mit dem Starlight Nachtlicht…

Die Lage war leider unerwarteter Weise nicht gut. Viele alkoholisierte Obdachlose. Abends habe ich mich nicht wohlgefühlt, alleine auf die Straße zu gehen. Viel Randale. Leider hat bei mir der Aufzug nicht funktioniert.

Очень чистый современный номер со всем необходимым: вместительный холодильник, кофе машина, кондиционер, wifi. Есть камера хранения для вещей, лифт. Просторный балкон с удобной мебелью. Приятно было увидеть микроволновку и плиту на кухне, можно разогреть или приготовить еду. 5 минут до метро, и около 20 пешком до центра. Полицейский участок и две платные парковки через дорогу.

Район был необычным. Прямо у входа в отель на ступеньках сидели странные люди, похожие на наркоманов. Очень много бездомных на окрестных улицах.

We didn't stay there. Upon arriving we saw that this apartment is in a terrible area swarming with drug addicts and prostitutes in broad daylight! We contacted the host and told them that we don't feel safe here. The host ignored our concerns and refused to give us our money back adhering strictly to their cancellation policy. We contacted Booking.com customer support but were not helped at all. After being their customer for 2 decades I decided to stop booking through their platform. This kind of concerns are of utmost importance. Warnings should be clearly visible on their website and cancellation policy should be extremely relaxed if the apartment/hotel is located in a dodgy area. This should serve future customers to think twice before staying in this property.

Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο, ολοκαίνουργιο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο

Είχε μηχανισμό με αφρόλουτρο στον τοίχο της ντουζιέρας, αλλά δεν είχε μέσα αφρόλουτρο.

El apartamento es nuevo. La cama comodisima, el cuarto de baño amplio, detalle de botella de vino al llegar, el aire acondicionado centralizado. El Parking a 50 metros del apartamento barato, 4€ el dia, recomendado por el anfitrión. La consigna (jaulas en el portal), gratis, dejamos alli las maletas todo el dia. Desde las 19 hasta primera hora de la mañana tienen un vigilante en el edificio.

Al llegar, lo primero que vimos fueron prostitulas y drogadictos, eso nos asusto ya que pensábamos llegar por la noche. A medida que pasaron los dias, nos dimos cuenta que era algo normal en la zona, no te molestan, junto a ti tienes tres hoteles grandes y una comisaria de policía, pero la imagen de la zona y la ciudad, deja mucho que desear. La ducha empezo a no tragar el agua, se lo dijo al anfitrión, e incluso le dije cual creía que era la solución y la manera de solucionarlo y no hizo nada al respecto. Es lo unico negativo.

Exceptionally clean, amazingly renovated. Super generous amenities, slippers, coffee, towels, linens, top quality on all levels.

Surrounding street is full of junkies and drug dealers. Due this only reason, we wont stay there again. Sadly cause the rooms are shockingly amazing, clean, new, spacious, better then almost any 4* hotel in Europe.
