This home features two upstairs primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with a shower and bathtub. One primary bedroom is furnished with a smart TV with cable while the other has a balcony with two chairs and more views of the ocean. These bedrooms also boast newly-installed drop-leaf desks and make great spaces for catching up on remote work. The downstairs bedroom includes a half-bath. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your comfort. Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are also boogie boards, wetsuits, helmets, beach chairs, and a cooler available for your use. WiFi also provided. THINGS TO KNOW This home has a 16 steps staircase to the front door so it may not be appropriate for everyone. This home does not include air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. There is recreational equipment in the garage for your enjoyment. The owners do not accept liability for any injuries while using this equipment. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a zero-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. There is an on-site twin conversion kit available if you want to make the twin beds into a king. Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 compact vehicle, and free street parking for larger vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
