Bournecoast are delighted to offer this end of terrace house which is situated in the charming Mudeford area, known for its historical significance and proximity to the harbour and beach. This property offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a spacious garden. The house is conveniently located just a brief stroll away from Stanpit recreation ground ideal for walks and bike rides which leads to Stanpit Marsh. THE ACCOMMODATION: This house benefits from three bedrooms, a cosy Master Bedroom with a Double Bed, a second bedroom complete with Twin Beds, and an additional bedroom comprising of Bunk Beds. There is a lounge/diner which boasts a FLATSCREEN SMART TV with DVD PLAYER and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). In the dining area are patio doors out on to the garden. There is a separate modern kitchen which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The family bathroom on the first floor offers a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The property also has an additional toilet on the ground floor. The garden encompasses both a patio and a lawned area. There is road parking outside the property (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed).
