Quiet time is between 11 PM and 7 AM. ✦ We allowed parties, events, or social gatherings there is a security deposit of $350. ✦ ONLY the original group of people indicated in the reservation will be accepted. If you would like to have a visitor to the listing, for safety and security purposes I require notification of, and PRIOR consent for, any additional visitors to the property. ✦ Any additional people that arrive without prior permission from the host may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and/or include an additional charge of $100 per unregistered person, regardless of how long they are at the property. ✦ Security camera records 24/7. ✦ Covering the security camera will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund. ✦ Smoking is permitted outside only. A $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. ✦ To help keep our home clean, please take off outdoor shoes at the entrance. ✦ An additional cleaning fee of $50/hour may be applied if the house is left in a state requiring extensive cleaning (e.g., washing walls, piles of dirty dishes, deep cleaning carpets, home in disarray etc.). ✦ Check out is at 11 AM unless agreed otherwise. Guests who overstay this time will be charged $60 hour while the cleaners wait to get into the house.
