The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo at Beachwalk Resort in Miami is a luxurious and spacious accommodation designed to provide guests with the ultimate beachfront living experience. THE SPACE: LIVING AREA: Upon entering the condo, you'll find an open-concept living area that seamlessly connects to the dining and kitchen areas. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: NO HOTEL OR RESORT FEES *VALET PARKING ONLY (Fee mentioned below has been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): Valet Parking $28 + tax per night For stays longer than that, please contact the resort directly to get most up-to-date rates. -The pool is limited to groups of 20 people at a time. A time slot can be coordinated with the resort front desk. While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible. If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. - Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
