Revel in the full spectrum of our home's offerings, from waterfront access and water toys to cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and expansive living areas. Unwind on our picturesque waterfront featuring a waterside patio table, grill, and extensive seating areas. Whether with family or friends, our home offers the ideal space for creating lasting memories and fostering shared experiences. I am always a text away during your stay, but I also want to respect your privacy. So while I will be quick to respond to your needs, I will not continually text you during your stay. CHECK-IN ---------------------- Early Check-ins will be subject to availability. If it’s available, we will do our best to accommodate you. There is a $75 fee for noon check in and $50 for 2pm check in. CHECK-OUT ----------------------- Late check out by request and subject to availability. There is a $50/hour charge for late check out if pre-arranged. Guests who check out late without prior approval will be charged $75/hour, billed to the closest 15 minutes and taken from the secured damage deposit. # OF GUESTS ---------------------- The home can accommodate up to 14 guests. There are no extra charges for guests. Please do not exceed the maximum number without communicating with the host beforehand. AGE RESTRICTIONS ---------------------- You must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely no parties or events. CLEANLINESS ---------------------- We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home that is maintained by our 5 star cleaning team. We are a pet free and allergy friendly home. We have a cleaning service, but common courtesy still applies. SECURITY DEPOSIT ---------------------- Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via booking channel, email and/or SMS upon booking. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guest will be required to settle a $500 security deposit with host offline, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. PET POLICY ---------------------- We do not allow pets, this is an allergy friendly home. We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination, unless health and safety becomes an issue. My children suffer from severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. As such we can only welcome non-shedding/no dander companions to our house as we need to guarantee the health of our children. There will be a $1000 fine for guests who bring unauthorized pets. SERVICE ANIMALS ---------------------- State Law Requirements for Service Animals: Service Animals must be under the control of its handler at all times and must have a harness, leash, or other tether, unless the handler is unable because of a disability.
