Located in Canberra, this attractive condo for £96 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Professionally managed by Canbnb. Welcome to your two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Civic! It's next door to the National Convention Centre and Crown Casino and a short walk to the Canberra Centre shopping centre, restaurants, bars and cafes. During your stay, you'll have access to wifi, gym, pool, spa, and BBQ facilities. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage has space for one vehicle. Should you require additional parking, there is complimentary two-hour street parking conveniently located nearby. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's electric BBQ, gym, and pool with sun lounges throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. There is a key-safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Bus Stops: You'll find the Constitution Avenue opposite the National Convention Centre bus stop just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. The National Convention Centre Constitution Avenue stop is also conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk away. Additionally, the nearest transit station is at Alinga Street, featuring a clean and well-maintained platform with excellent passenger amenities. The staff there are known for being helpful and friendly. During your stay, make sure to explore the Civic Centre, a charming area in the heart of the city perfect for leisurely strolls. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Australian War Memorial, a touching tribute to military sacrifice. For a delightful and educational experience, head over to Questacon, a children's museum offering interactive exhibits and captivating puppet shows focused on science and technology. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. 1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times. 2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning. 3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50). 4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing. 5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear. 6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached. 7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals. 8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
