The Neighborhood: Our property is nestled right in the quiet and lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, there is the Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, our new restaurant and bar, is an easy walk right down the street. Venue has everything you are looking for duiring your stay and includes a Market & Cafe, Restaurant & Bar, Events Space, and both free and paid coworking options. We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively! Getting Around: It's a five minute drive to the center of Ann Arbor and I94, (except on game days!). The city bus stop is a block and a half away, and city bicycle and walking paths are all around. Book a ride with May Mobility, a free autonomous shuttle that can take you downtown or to campus. Uber/Lyft is readily available. Football home games are slightly crazy in the neighborhood, street parking spots are stalked by fans. If you park on the street and leave before the game your spot will likely be gone if you return before the end of the game.
