On the 3rd floor you will find the two-story fitness center and the putting green with fantastic views of the gulf. To the north side of the property, you will find 52,000 sqft. of lakefront boardwalk where you can watch the nightly fountain-lightshow. On the ground level, you will find various dining and shopping opportunities. Also, the resort is centrally located with countless amenities and attractions located around South Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road. No Smoking or Pets $500 Violation fee if unit smells like smoke or Pets brought into the unit. We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.
