The first two guest rooms are located on the first floor once you enter the home. The primary suite is off to the right and includes a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a glass walk in shower and dual sinks. The second guest room on this level is off to the right of the entry foyer and includes a queen bed. This bedroom has a Jack 'N Jill bathroom that leads out to the hall near the kitchen. This bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. As you head up the stairs the allure of nautical theme continues with antique rope handle leading the to the second floor. You are greeted by a cozy second living space and work area in case you need to catch up on emails while at the lake. This space is perfect for the kids to play a game or watch a movie. Up here you will find the remaining two guest bedrooms. One is furnished with a kind bed and has views of the lake while the second one includes custom built in bunk beds. The bunk room has 3 sets of twin over twin size beds and perfect place for kids to rest after long day on the water. The third bathroom is also on this level and may be shared with both these guest rooms. It includes another tub and shower combination as well. The downstairs living space is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting ambiance for gatherings with loved ones. Gather around the dining table for your next meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Or gather around in the cozy living space as laughter fills the air as the family bonds over one of the board games. Outside, the expansive yard beckons you to explore and unwind.
