The unit faces Northeast and is on the cooler side of the building (there is no direct sun in the afternoon.) The ocean breeze and quiet split AC in both living and bedroom keep you comfortable all year round. The 24-hour secured building has a convenience store and is located in the hub of Waikiki within walking distance to shopping, bus(one block), restaurants, beach(0.5 mile), and bike station(cross street). Reliable bus system can get you to all attractions in Honolulu. This unit is equipped with all new furniture and updated/remodeled as of November 2021. Parking Parking is not included. Guests can park in the adjacent parking garage in Island Colony for $40/day (price subject to change), or free street parking along Ala Wai Blvd, or in a nearby parking garage.
