The house is located at Praire point, a new and beautiful neighborhood in the southern part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to U of M, 20 mins drive to Downtown, 7mins walk to bus stop play park and few minutes drive to shops & gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood. The house has a big backyard. The Space The space is a beautiful two bedroom, walkout basement unit & its independent of the main house. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, Linen, towels & slippers provided.
