The apartment is privately owned, we ask you to take reasonable care to prevent damages 3. Silence inside the apartment from 22:00h to 08:00 to respect neighbors rest, it's not allowed to be out in the terrace after 22:00h. 4. We include the final cleaning in the price, but we request to throw the trash in the dumpsters outside the building. 5. For each damaged or missing towels or sheet, we take 15€ 6. Local touristic tax is not included: 1,10 euros per adult (+16) and per day and must be paid on check-in. 7. We would like you to take care of the apartment keys.
