Grill tools are located in the kitchen in their own pouch. Please let us know if the propane tank runs out! - 65” TV in living room area, TVs in each bedroom with free cable access to log into streaming services. Remotes are kept on Velcro beside the TV on the wall. - Bathroom essentials including: personal towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, feminine care items, liquid body soap, lotion, hand soap, toilet paper - Kitchen essentials including: blender, mixology bartender set, wine cooler, coffee maker with coffee, cascade pods, paper towels, dish soap - Washer/dryer in unit with detergent, dryer sheets, iron/ironing board, drying racks - Children's items: pack and play, baby monitor, highchair, kids dining set - Full bathroom with stand-up spa shower (no tub) - Outdoor shower - Dining table that seats 8 - Small desk/work area - Board games and playing cards - Free High-speed WiFi - Central AC to keep you cool during your stay and heating during the winter - Flashlights and cellphone chargers located in the kitchen - First aid kit in the kitchen cabinets under the sink - Electric fireplace, controlled via remote located on the wall - Cleaning supplies located below kitchen sink and in laundry room area - No Pets allowed - This is a family space, Please NO partiers!! The home is conveniently located a short walk past the right side of the front house. Look for the first set of stairs on the left-hand side, leading up to a deck with a blue door. Guests will have access to this front deck, complete with seating, as well as overnight parking passes included. Upon entering, you'll find the living room at the front of the house, followed by a spacious full kitchen/dining area. The four bedrooms are situated facing the kitchen and living room, providing a cozy and inviting layout. The full bathroom is located in the rear, adjacent to the laundry room. Additionally, guests can access the outdoor shower from the back door/stairs. For added security, we have installed security cameras pointing at the main entrance, front sidewalk, steps/landing, and back door/stairs. These cameras record motion 24/7 for security purposes only. Please note that there are NO interior cameras, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay. We prioritize your comfort and safety, which is why we've implemented enhanced cleaning protocols before and after every stay. Additionally, we provide cleaning items within the unit for your use during your stay. Your well-being is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. GUEST ACCESS Our house can be conveniently accessed through both the front and back doors via an electronic keypad. Prior to your check-in, you will receive a custom access code that will allow you to enter the property effortlessly.
