Our home is tucked away in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with the perk of being minutes to downtown and all of the fun happenings! 10 min. to OSU, Short North & downtown. Clintonville - full of local boutiques, restaurants and breweries. Minutes to I-71 & 315 We've got all the good stuff for your getaway! - front porch - wood burning fireplace - driveway for parking - fire pit in fully fenced & private backyard - complimentary yoga mat - books, games, puzzles, coloring etc. - brand new bath with rose salts The space Living Room - lots of sunlight comes into our west facing living room, centered around a wood burning fireplace and Roku smart TV. Dining Room / Kitchen - the living room opens up to a cozy dinette with a rustic dining table with bench and chair seating for up to 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking spices and oils, condiments and a coffee station. Use a K-cup for convenience or grind your own beans for the stove top espresso maker. Cook a great meal on the gas stove or heat up left overs in the microwave. Each of the two bedrooms have a queen sized bed. Enjoy the desk space if you need to "work away" from home or use them as your get ready space for a night out. Full length mirrors are in each room as well and a ceiling fan in bedroom 1. Bathroom - enjoy our newly remodeled bath/shower in the very pink bathroom with hand painted tile floors and modern sconce lighting. We have individual soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. *Please note if you are extremely sensitive to fireplace smells, the wood burning aroma can be slightly noticeable, particularly in the winter months. Outdoors - Enjoy the warm summer months or cooler fall temps in the private garden. The backyard is fully fenced with a small gate at the driveway. Our fire pit is available for use and firewood can be purchased just a few minutes away. During the warmer months, feel free to take herbs or veggies from the garden if you would like - or cut fresh hydrangeas or roses to add to a vase in the house. This place is meant to make you happy! The front porch is also a really nice spot for a morning cup of coffee. Guest access Entire house, private backyard and driveway. The detached garage and basement are not accessible.
