KITCHEN & DINING: COASTAL OASIS offers a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with all the expected upgraded appliances and cooking equipment you would expect. Special features include custom stone countertops with a sizeable breakfast bar, wine cooler, large farmhouse style sink, and indirect undercounter night lighting. The dining area seats 6. Both the kitchen and dining area have ocean views! FAMILY ROOM: A beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the centerpiece for this luxury coastal retreat. A wrap around sofa with chaise offers plenty of comfortable seating while enjoying the ocean breezes or just watching your favorite show on the mounted, large flat screen tv. OUTDOORS: This condo offers a private, GROUND LEVEL, terrace and an adjacent accessible semi-private tranquility garden with SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS. An additional table and chairs are located on the private terrace. Enjoy your next meal al fresco. Direct access to this beautifully maintained garden is a unique amenity exclusive to just this condo. COASTAL OASIS is seated cliffside just above Pacific Coast Highway.
