No 50 is an architecturally stunning home which is modern, bright, comfortable and a bit quirky. Centrally located with 3 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and ensuites. The house is arranged over 5 floors with a central staircase connecting all levels. Each bedroom is located in its own part of the house so guests are not all staying on one hallway within earshot of each other. The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard as we use the house ourselves and like to have everything available to us that we would have in our own home. The front balcony (off bedroom 3) gets the morning and afternoon sun and the roof terrace gets the evening sun. Private off street parking is available. The bedrooms are tastefully appointed and furnished to a very high standard. Bedroom 1 is on the lower Ground Floor and has a Jack and Jill bathroom with bath and electric shower. Bedroom 2 is on the upper Ground Floor and has an en-suite with walk in shower. Bedroom 3 is on the Top Floor and has an en-suite with large walk in shower and double sink unit. Bedroom 3 also has its own east and south facing balcony with floating glass enjoying unrivalled views over the Town and surrounding hills. The Kitchen, Lounge, Dining/Sitting room and roof terrace are located on the middle floors. Fully furnished with quality furniture throughout. There is a small utility room with a washing machine if needed. Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves. Other things to note We want guests to feel at home in what has been our home for many years. Our housekeeping staff note pre arrival and post check out for clarity of both parties. We do not accept requests from users with no previous reviews or those new to VRBO. We may ask to see sight of and copy your ID as security.
