Nestled in Henlopen Acres, this charming house for £812 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located in Rehoboth Beach's highly sought after area of The Pines, 10 Pennsylvania Avenue is a 2 story, 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom just 4 homes in from the pristine Deauville Beach. This lovely Rehoboth Beach cottage is a classic sea side escape with warm wooden halls and illustrious charm of yester year. Just a short walk or bike ride to the heart of Rehoboth where you can enjoy the boardwalk, grab a bite to eat, or browse the many boutiques. A spacious and functional interior awaits you at this lovely home, where upon entry into the first floor you'll find the primary living room with plenty of seating for all, a dining room that accommodates 10, and a kitchen that boasts top of the line appliances. Step out onto the enclosed front porch to get lost in a book or enjoy the privacy of the backyard and patio. The bedrooms on the top floor have large windows and beautiful wooden floors. The private den overlooking the back yard offers plenty of books, children's toys, a wet bar, and 2nd refrigerator. This home is "shore" to make your beach visit one to remember! Private parking for 1 car (on the street in the yellow box) plus 2 additional parking passes are provided for non metered street parking. IMPORTANT INFORMATION THE 2ND FLOOR BALCONIES ARE NOT FOR GUESTS USE 2 DOG MAXIMUM. $250 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE PER PET THE BACKYARD IS NOT COMPLETELY ENCLOSED, DOGS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS First Floor: Guest bedroom with full size bed and direct access to half bath Second Floor: Guest bedroom with king size bed Guest bedroom with double size bed Guest bedroom with double size bed Guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds Guest bedroom with double size bed (above den)
