It is conveniently located in Cobble Hill, between Court and Smith Street and close to public transportation, shopping, dining and outdoor activities. Cobble Hill Park, a charming park with cute townhouses lining both sides, is a 5 minute walk and Brooklyn Bridge Park is less than a 20 minute walk. Three subway stops and you're in lower Manhattan. The entrance at the top of the stoop opens to a living room with a sitting area around a gas fireplace and another living space for TV viewing, game playing and reading. Oversized windows facing south provide great natural sunlight. There is a half bathroom, a coat closet and a storage closet on this level. The kitchen/dining area is separate from the living area. The kitchen opens to a large dining area that can easily host 8-10 people, plus a counter with stools and a small play area for kids. There is a door in the dining area that opens to a landing with a small bistro table, and stairs lead down to a landscaped back patio with a gas grill, a 6-person dining table and a separate area with a couch/chairs and a firepit.
