Tiki Hut, BBQ, The house has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths: The Bedrooms & Bathrooms 1- King bed & en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The room has a ROKU TV for streaming and access to the outdoor pool deck. 2- Queen bed & with an en-suite bathroom, with a tub and shower. There is direct access to the pool deck and lovely views from this room. There is a desk in the second bedroom that can be used as well for your convenience. 3- Two full beds with plenty of closet space, with a bathroom across the hall. Living Room & Dining There s seating for 8 in the large living area, with a flat-screen smart TV. In addition, there is a large dining table with seating for 6, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for 3. The Kitchen: The kitchen is full fully equipped with everything you need. There is a drip coffee maker and service for 8- 10 guests. The Outdoors: There is TONS of outdoor space with a heated (by request) pool, Tiki bar, gas grill, outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6, wood-powered fire pit, lounge chairs, and multiple types of fruit trees including mango, avocado, banana, papaya, cherry, and kumquats! Yum! There is lots of parking at the house. The driveway has space for 2 cars, and the garage is available to be used for 1 car. A washer and dryer are also available with all the detergents you need. NOTE: We have security cameras set up outside by the front door and backyard to monitor the outside areas of the house for added safety measures for guests. Other things to note Check-in is from 4pm -10 pm ONLY. UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUEST'S DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK .THE HOT TUB IS RIGHT NEXT TO OUR NEIGHBOR'S BEDROOM WINDOW. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.ABSOLUELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM. -We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.
