The guest house section features its open full kitchen, full bathroom, living area and a bedroom with a queen bed. The flexible floor plan offers groups of all different make ups to customize the sleeping arrangements to suite their needs! The home is air conditioned through a combination of ductless units and window units. The main home features ductless ac in the great room and 3 of 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has a window unit.
