This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is a few blocks away from the bus and train into Manhattan where you will be in the heart of Times Square in 20 minutes. The location couldn't be better with numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and various other stores within a walk-able distance. The night-life in Hoboken on the weekends is a must. This apartment sleeps 5 people comfortably. The apartment is over 1000 Square Feet and has an open layout! The apartment is kept very clean and has a stocked, open kitchen with pots and pans, cups, plates, and brand new stainless steel appliances. The apartment has hardwood floors and a tiled bathroom. Great space for working from home or those taking summer classes! Each bedroom is equipped with 2 desks and the apartment has speedy 1 Gig wifi. Access to entire apartment! Guests are also welcome to use the building’s shared courtyard with picnic tables and benches for when the weather is too beautiful to pass up. Both AirBnb owners live in Hoboken and are happy to help. Hoboken is a square mile city across the Hudson river from New York City. Hoboken is rich in night life as is boasts the most bars per square mile anywhere in the United States. Guests may take a bus or a train to Manhattan in 20 minutes. The town is extremely safe and there are tons of great places to view the Manhattan Skyline. A queen bed has been added to the master bedroom. The apartment has 3 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Quiet Time is 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM; please be sure to talk in a low tone and turn down loud music at this time. Parties are also prohibited in the apartment. There is absolutely no smoking inside of the apartment. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, Cigars, incense, other tobacco products and any other illicit substances. There will be a $500 fine imposed on anyone who breaks this rule to cover deep cleaning services of furniture, walls and any damages that resulted from smoke.
