This apartment sleeps 5 people comfortably. The apartment is over 900 Square Feet! The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cups, plates, and a working refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The apartment has hardwood floors and a tiled bathroom. The space is great for work from home or those taking summer classes! Each bedroom is equipped with 2 desks and the apartment has speedy 1 Gig wifi. The open kitchen and living space is perfect for guests who love to cook and hang out together! The entire apartment! There is free laundry on the second floor as well! We live in Hoboken if you need help! Hoboken is a square mile city across the Hudson river from New York City. Hoboken is rich in night life as is boasts the most bars per square mile anywhere in the United States. Guests may take a bus or a train to Manhattan in 20 minutes. The town is extremely safe and there are tons of great places to view the Manhattan Skyline. Parties are also prohibited in the apartment. There is absolutely no smoking inside of the apartment. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, Cigars, incense, other tobacco products and any other illicit substances. There will be a $500 fine imposed on anyone who breaks this rule to cover deep cleaning services of furniture, walls and any damages that resulted from smoke.
