The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8". The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows.
