The spell-binding view is spectacular and instantly sets you in holiday mode. The house is split over two levels and thoughtfully furnished throughout. It can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in four beds. The upstairs level has two bedrooms – the main features a Queen-sized bed and the other has two King Singles. Both feature ceiling fans, and there is also a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area, but you will probably never need it due to the year-round sea breeze. The large upstairs bathroom has a spa bath, two toilets and a double-sized vanity. Downstairs features a spacious bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and dryer. It can be used as a self-contained space if needed. The expansive living room flows into the dining area and large fully-equipped kitchen. It has everything you need – including double oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and sandwich press. The adjacent laundry ensures you can stay on top of the holiday washing! The lock-up garage provides secure parking for one vehicle and storage for bikes, and the double driveway can also be used to park more vehicles or a boat trailer. Well-behaved pets are welcome and the large, fenced rear garden ensures they have room to exercise. ‘Working from home’ is made easy due to the satellite high-speed internet.
