I've stayed here before and always hated to leave. Its a house that has just about everything you need for a wonderful break! the lock box can be difficult and probably should be replaced--after several phone calls to Vacasa we got inside. It was hard to put the key back at the end of our stay as well. Everything else was good, and although the house is off VRBO for the next year I am already looking forward to staying there when it returns.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The house is better than the pictures. The beach view is spectacular from the first floor windows and the beach itself is literally steps from the hot tub! Can't wait to return.

We loved the home, the location, and the acceptance of pets. The main complaint was having to freeze in the cold while trying to use the lock box. It was extremely difficult to access the ins and outs of the rickety lockbox. We checked out a day early as there were storms the whole time we were there and the fireplace chimney whistled like a freight train, which scared the dogs. There were very few adequate drinking glasses and mugs. The kitchen was tiny, but the rest of the house was gorgeous. The recliners did not work, which made seating uncomfortable…another reason for checking out a day early.

This home has everything you need for a big family getaway. Right on the beach and close to the Westport light state park . We had 3 couples , 2 dogs and 2 young children and still had plenty of room. The kitchen was equipped with a surprising amount of dinnerware and cooking supplies.
The hot tub was very spacious.
There was even sand toys and kites available for our use.
The only problem was the heat was not working for the first few days of our stay. Luckily there was a large fireplace that we had to keep stoked to stay comfortable. It took awhile to get through to the local manager to report the problem since we had to go through the Vacasa service first. They offered to reimburse us for the wood.

This is a comfortable home at an outstanding locations. Window views from within the house are spectacular. Miles of beach is accessed by a thirty-second stroll off the back deck. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice big TV for evening movie watching. Folks at Vacasa were quick to respond on a couple of minor issues. Very, very pleased!

The location of this home is fantastic. Gorgeous view of the ocean and very private. The hot tub was a hit and wonderful that you can soak while viewing the ocean. Although, my adult son reported on the last night that it was smelling odd. We never saw anyone come to service it the entire week of our stay so perhaps their person forgot? The mattresses were all comfortable. However both the King and Queen bed are impossibly high to get into if you are older or have any type of mobility issue and I wish the linens weren’t so thin and pilly. The home appeared clean but the dusting was not done well on the glass shelves where we observed where the dusters swiped but didn’t go to the edges. Things like that always make me wonder how clean the bathrooms really are. The deck chairs were comfortable and had a lot of use as we were blessed with divine weather during our mid September stay. Getting the keys out of the lockbox was tricky and we weren’t able to put them back in after our stay and had to leave them in the home. This was our second visit to this property and we travel to the Washington coast every year. Out of all of our Vacasa/VRBO stays this is the only one that has no book offering instructions on how to operate their audio/visual media. It would be nice to figure that out as they have a lovely sound system but we couldn’t get it to operate when watching a movie. The kitchen was excellently appointed with anything that a cook may need.

This is our eighth annual trip to Westport/Grayland and this was the best home yet! White water views from all floors! The home was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen, fireplace, hot tub and steps from the beach! We had a family of deer every day and amazed to see them actually hanging out in the surf during low tide. Very private

We enjoyed this lovely home. Everything was expected like I thought it would be. We mainly relaxed and spent time on the beach and spent time with our company and had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go back but I have to wait past 2025? For sure. Would come here again. It felt wonderful. Thank you!.

House was a clean & nice, location was great but there were many broken items through out the house & there was only a 6 inch fry pan & some pots for house that expose to sleep 9 people. The cleaner person was late & we had to wait but you would think a 6 hours would be sufficient to clean the home. Then the keypad did not work and we were on hold for over 50 minutes on phone with rental company (Vascas)! We did finally got a hold of one manager that could not help us but they stated they had to get the Area Manager they would call me right back and that never happened!

Is our third stay at this house and we will coma back. View is excellent the walk to the beach is a snap. The house comes with everything you need and more. Hot tub is great. The only problem is check out i think 10:00AM is a little early it should be 11:00AM or 12:00PM.

Kitchen has more cookware and accessories than most places, and we enjoyed cooking and eating there. DVD player didn't work for us, but the cable/Netflix/stereo setup is outstanding. Loved the proximity to the beach!

Best beach house ever. Right on the beach with unobstructed views. Beach access is tricky due to erosion. Older folks may not be able to manage it. I will come back every chance I get. Bring your own pillows as those provided are flat.

The Ocean, the Sunsets, the Deer, the Hot Tub, family moments shared contributed to an unforgettable vacation.
The home is a bit worn, stained carpets, and an aroma which I found unpleasant…..we made a potpourri and tried to overcome the odor.
The size was good for us, three adults and three children, easy access to the beach, town, and nearby restaurants.
The location was wonderful and there was a ship wreck on the beach not too far from us and we were able to investigate, imagine, and create stories around the “Lady Debbie” the fishing vessel which was grounded.
My granddaughters loved the chance to imagine the crew, the captain, and just how this happened…..pirates, ships disappearing in the mist…..

What a great home! Very spacious and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable and organized. The hot tub was lovely and HUGE. This home is VERY close to the beach. Just a short walk through the dunes and you're there. Great location close to shops and restaurants as well.

Our group was two families with 5 young kids and the house worked well. The location is unbeatable. We surfed and boogie boarded right in front of the house every day. Easy access to the beach and wonderful view from the house/deck and hot tub. The hot tub was very clean. Located in a very quiet area, it was extremely private. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives for us, but for the nightly rate, there are a few issues. The house itself is pretty dated and is a little beat up. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes/utensils/cookware, but the stove is nearly impossible to cook with (we all cook a lot) and the cookware is cheap. Some of the kitchen cabinets are hanging off the hinges. The mattress on the king bed sags in the middle and was uncomfortable. We had a little issue at check in with the trundle beds not having bedding so we had to call and have someone come out to fix that, but then we had to make up the beds ourselves. It would also be nice to have adequate toilet paper and trash bags provided for the length of the stay. Overall, we had a great time, but for the money spent we felt like attention should be paid to some of the comfort and functional details.

The house is wonderful, used the hot tub every day. My only complaint was the dining room chairs. They look nice but are by far the worst and most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in.

This house is so close to the ocean and beach! The hot tub is meticulously maintained. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying all the fresh seafood Westport has to offer!

Pro's: amazing beach access, hot tub, amenities, view, parking, decks
Con's: Property is managed by a company rather than private owner so the communication was terrible, none of the messages I sent them were ever responded to. We arrived 1 hr early before check in after travelling 9 hours with a 8 month old, maid was still there, said she had to run somewhere and would be right back. It would have been nice of her to tell us at that time that the door code was on a time lock and we couldn't get in until 4, she waited until she left the last time to mention it. Door code never worked at all, good thing there was a backup key lock otherwise we never would have got in and no phone number on listing to call. No binoculars, not enough adult size forks, no bluetooth sound system, no instructions, pee stained mattress, no mention in the amenities that 2 of the beds are trundle beds so keep that in mind when figuring sleeping arrangements.
All in all, this was a great house with a great location, we would rent again because of the good things.

I loved this house Beach front property that is easy to access or sit on the deck and listen to the waves. Hot tub to warm up in, and deer that graze right in front of the house twice a day. We were excited to also experience a thunder and lightning storm. Highly recommend

A great place to stay. Is very well stocked with kitchen wares, towels, games and entertainment center. Awesome sunsets in the hot tub. The whole family loved it, already booked again for 2023. Could use some new stools for dinning table (they look nice but lacked support due to cushions deteriorating) and a new Steam Iron. BBQ was new complete with utensils. Dogs couldn't get enough of the endless beach which access to could be an issue for some, there is a steep drop off from grass to sand due to king tides.

Views and beach access were socond to none with a large accommodative fully loaded home. The hottub on the wrap around deck was icing on the cake. Highly recommended stay.

The ocean so close was wonderful. House was great with lots of room. The view from the living/dinning room can't be beat. House was very clean and everything you would need was there. We had a great time. The hot tub was amazing.

We booked this house for my grandmother's 85th Birthday. The only thing that could of made our stay better would have been easier Beach access and the tub downstairs to have a railing to be safer for her. This home was truly amazing with beautiful finishes. We will definitely be booking it again.

We wanted and change of scenery and room to spread out and relax. There were 4 adults and two dogs. The view of the beach and waves is fantastic. Very relaxing and private beach. Visited the nearby park several times. Great walking path with lookouts and benches scattered along the paved trail. Thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the huge front porch each day. Thanks for a wonderful week.
