Our house is located in the West side of Palmdale, centrally-located, near restaurants and entertainment, while you can still enjoy quietness and a peaceful stay. The neighborhood is family friendly and in a residential area. Our house welcomes your pet, but they MUST be potty trained. There is a walking distance park. You’ll be about 3 miles from convenient stores (i.e. Markets, retail stores, restaurants, cafes and the mall). If you are a commuter, the freeway entrance is near by (about 1 mi). Our home is spacious and cozy and has a large covered patio area for outdoor time. NO SMOKING IS ALLOW IN THE PROPERTY. Door entrance has a key pad and you will be provided with garage control for parking.
