If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog. You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation.
