Please read before booking: - Please note the two gas fireplaces in the home (one located upstairs in loft area, the other in the master suite) are not currently working. - This home is accessed via a moderately steep gravel road therefore, AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended during spring, summer and fall months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - This home is not pet friendly, please do not ask for exceptions to this rule. - Returning guests to this home can enjoy a 10% discount off the nightly rate (not to be combined with any other discounts). - There are several exterior cameras present at the home to monitor the grounds when the home is vacant. No cameras point directly at the home or at any of the common areas. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Bookings cancelled 60 days in advance are fully refundable. Bookings cancelled between 31-59 days are to receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will receive no refund unless the dates are rebooked to another guest.
