The cottage has a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The living/dining area includes a table that expands to seat six and a sofa futon that converts to a queen size bed. The bedroom includes a full-size bed with high-quality linens and pillow top mattress cover, as well as an oversized closet. The cottage's entry area includes a small mudroom for you to store your coats, shoes, and more. A full-size washer and dryer is also located in the mudroom. In the warmer months, guests may enjoy spending time on the cottage's patio under the shade of one of the parcel's decades-old trees. The cottage is located in an active neighborhood close to some of Excelsior's most popular events and activities, including those that take place at Excelsior Commons. Depending on time of year, you may see softball players on the way to a game at the ball field, concertgoers on the way to enjoy one of the free concerts in the Commons, or crowds bundled up to watch the annual dog sled race. Please note: the private home sharing the parcel includes two friendly and enthusiastic resident pets. Guests may be greeted from afar by the pets, but the pets do not have access to the property immediately surrounding the cottage (patio and entrance areas).
