The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your cooking and baking aficionados. The dining room area seats 18 total at the dining table and kitchen island. The living area has comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite show or movie on the smart TV. There is a half bath located in the living area as well. You can access the back porch from the living area and also from the master suite where you can relax with a coffee in the morning or a have drinks with friends in the evening on the porch swing or in the Adirondack chairs. From the back porch you can access the pool and entertainment area which will make for a fun time for all ages. The half bath is located in this area as well. On the ground level is an amazing private suite that includes direct access to the pool area, King bed, private bathroom, and living area with smart TV. The suite is also perfect for anyone enjoying a pool day and wanting to make drinks with the industrial size ice machine or to quickly use the restroom without having to go all the way up to the house. The game room is also located on the ground level and comes with a ping pong table, karaoke machine, Miss Pacman and NBA Jam arcade units, and cornhole boards. There is also a putt putt area for guests to enjoy as well to show their skills off. Also located in the game room area is beach and pool toys available for your stay. Make your way out the large 14x 28-foot private saltwater pool and get ready for a grand ole time. There is an option to have the pool heated for your stay for a fee.
