Right off the 101, it's walking distance to The Village & Topanga mall with a variety of restaurants, shops, a new AMC movie theater, & more. Situated in the park-like Sequoia Village with vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, this condo feels like a home-away-from home. Recently renovated with all high-end & luxurious fixtures & appointments, it's like visiting a 5 star resort! Welcome home. The space At just under 1100 square feet with vaulted ceilings and well designed spaces throughout, this condo feels like it’s much larger. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open floor plan and feature large half moon windows that shine gorgeous natural light into the living and dining/kitchen areas. Large, double-paned sliding glass doors open to a patio with outdoor furniture that stretches the full length of the living room and 2nd bedroom/office. The large master bedroom features a California King Tempur-Pedic mattress with a featherbed on top for maximum comfort, along with an en-suite spa-like bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub. The second bedroom offers a twin bed with a Restoration Hardware sleigh bed frame and a trundle for an extra twin bed. This room also has a sit/stand desk, perfect for working remotely. There is a large barn door with paned windows separating this room from the living room, so you can leave it open for a more free-flowing space and natural light or for more privacy, you can close the door and put up included privacy drapes that hang on the door. The second bathroom features a Restoration Hardware rain shower head and an in-unit stackable full-size washer and dryer. The complex is secure and gated, with beautiful park-like grounds featuring greenery and spring flowers, a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, and a tennis court. Guest access The entire condo will be for your exclusive access throughout your stay. The common areas including the pool, hot tub, and tennis court are available for your access and are shared by other residents in the complex. Other things to note Due to HOA requirements, for long-term rentals of 30+ days, the host may require the guest to fill out a renter's application providing approval for a credit and background check, along with a request for proof of income and a photo ID. In this instance, a non-refundable fee of $46 will be required per application: 100% of this fee goes to the background and credit check processing. Each person over the age of 18 who intends to occupy the condo will require their own application. If approved, a rental agreement may be required to be signed along with a refundable security deposit prior to occupancy. If all conditions are not met and/or if you don't pass the background and credit checks for any reason, the host reserves the right to cancel your booking.
