Studio fonctionnel, grande terrasse pour 4 personnes vue sur mer et cuisine équipée, lave linge, nombreux placards, sécurité de l'immeuble, concierge, proximité de la plage et des commerces

Cet appartement est en fait un studio ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce, le photo du lit est trompeuse il faudrait préciser "studio appartment" et il est très bruyant : pas d'isolation phonique de la porte fenêtre sur la terrasse au dessus de la promenade des anglais, circulation dense et avions Le ménage n'avait pas été fait ,poussière parterre et sur les meubles : à vérifier avant l'arrivée des locataires

1- The direct view of the apartment on the sea and the beach is exceptional. Only the main street and the promenade separate the apartment from the beach. 2- There was an iron in the apartment and we used it. Great Idea. 3- The Building was so quite and clean.

Everything was good compared with price. But it would be better to have: 1- Faster Internet connection. 2- Additional clean bed sheets to cover the couch and use it to sleep on it. I used sheets which was not clean enough.

The location was perfect with the most amazing sea view. It was centrally located with easy access by tram or bus into the city and a few miles from the airport.

The apartment was dated with poor lighting, bed linen and soft furnishings. The standard of cleanliness is not what we would have expected from a property on Bookings.Com. On our day of arrival we received a text from the owner to say that scaffolding was being erected to the facade of the building. By Day 3 of our stay the amazing sea view was blocked by scaffolding and netting. We were so disappointed as we were willing to overlook some of the defects in the apartment to get the view that we wanted.

The view was amazing and the location is great and close to everything.

The view was beautiful. Good location, close to the metro station.

Very old furniture. Sheets were not fresh, kinda bed smelling. Bathroom needs renovation, very old facilities. Floors weren't clean. It was very hard to lock and unlock the front door.

Spend a day in the apartment with an amazing view of Nice. The terrace was great and sunny most of the day. Nearly didn’t want to move and would have loved to extend the stay to catch some more sunny days in Januari. Will return for sure.
