The residence is in a perfect location.
If you want to visit Alto Adige without spending lot of money Residence Trametsch is the best choice
Free parking and easy to reach
Also Bressanone is a little turistic village.
I liked everything, but if it had been cleaner it would have been perfect

Simple apartment but convenient for a short stay. Located in a very nice and quiet area in the outskirts of Brixen (there were crop fields across the street) but at walking distance from downtown (15 min.). Shops and caffés around. Nice views from the balcony. Free parking available in the property.
The bathroom is kind of old and the shower case could be cleaner. The kitchen is a bit outdated and the cooking utensils (saucepans, etc.) do definitely need a renovation. The whole apartment could be made a bit more cozy (some more decoration, better placed lights, etc.)
