All the above!

Location was very bad, I felt dangerous to walk there in the evening.

Horrible! Dirty sheets, smelled like cigarettes, all room smelled like cigarettes so bad I couldn’t breath Bad bugs! AC did not work , light did not work Fridge was standing in the middle of the room next to the bed!! It was nightmare experience!

Not ok to be in room where ppl smoked for years

10 mins walk to the ferry. Easy check in.

The accommodation would be ok for the price but unfortunately our nonsmoking room was not nonsmoking at all. We even get ashtrays next to each side of the bed. The smell of cigarette smoke was horrible, it was hard for us to fell in sleep and it was hard to hard to wake up into smell. We arrived after midnight and had to get up at 5 am so we were tired enough to complain at the reception and ask for change of the room. It is also quite awkward that there are mirrors everywhere in the room so maybe it is used more as 1 hour hotel? :)

Sucked!! Month later. I’m traumatized

Prison bed. Hard as a rock! Bed for a midget. Disappointed

Everything! No privacy. They (staff) turn off AC while your Away! Hole in the Wall. Dont recommend at all for American tourist

For the price you couldn't beat it and we were close to the Cruise ship port.

It had a huge balcony with table & chairs to relax on.

The shower area had no walls, you had to be carful.

the price matched the hotel - cheap.

the room reeked of cigarette smoke, bed was hard and much smaller than a standard double, it needed a key to get OUT of our room.

Close to ferries Internet is good Staff friendly

Location was good to get to the ferries. Reception was helpful. We got in earlier than expected and were able to go to our room. Internet was good.

Overpriced for what you get. Shower has no curtain. You have to hold shower while trying to wash. No kettle in the room. A lot of smoke smell. Noisy hotel. Guests on our level arguing and loud. People knocked on our door. Did not sleep in this hotel. Disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is close enough to the port and to two subway stations. The area is not too busy, so we didn't have any noise problems. The personnel was very helpful. It offered what can be expected.

No complaints.

If you just want something cheap to freshen up.

It was quite near the metro and the port gates.

The bed is horrible, too hard to have a good rest. The room though spacious was quite creepy. The balcony was big but felt like someone could climb over anytime. Maybe just me being paranoid.

definitely a friendly staff. the room we had booked was in the basement, but at the same time, the most spacious ones were located there. It is touching that a lot of effort was put into making this suite luxurious and with many design solutions. Nice to see that not everything is commercial in this world! Thanks for the pleasant surprise!

More electrical sockets/plugs would have been even better.

We were searching for a cheap hotel close to the boats and metro station in a quit neighborhood. With succes. Room was cheap and OK for one night.

Good place to spend the night if you need to stay close to the ferry port

The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed.

No shower curtains, so there is water everywhere in the bathroom after a shower.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Easy check in, size of the room, the body wash provided and location to the port.

Bed. There were no covers provided not even a top sheet. We only had the mattress pad to sleep on and very think fitted sheet. Towels were good that were provided. The front desk guy said sketchily we needed to leave our key when we leave but didn’t tell us initially when we checked in. It was a bit scary. Mattress was thin.
