Nothing really.

Property needs a complete makeover and is very ‘tired’ and dated, furnishings broken, basics like no kettle, mish mash of cutlery and dishes/plates, one saucepan, broken sunbeds, needs decorating, broken toilet seat, tiles missing in pool,curtain hooks missing.

location of the property was really good, and the property manager was excellent in taking care of our every need

The villa is spacious and well laid out, with an open plan living room and three good-sized bedrooms. The pool was too cold to use in April, but it was clean and well looked-after, as were the gardens. The cul-de-sac location meant the road was quiet, and it was only a 15 minute walk into Latchi, where there are lots of places to eat, so the location was excellent for us. Latchi and the surrounding area is beautiful!

The property should have been a "10", but unfortunately there were various broken items that were not fixed/replaced during our week's stay in the villa, even though the letting agent was very responsive and attended within 30 minutes of us reporting them. Quite a shame as otherwise our stay was great.

Fabulous living space with full height ceiling. Great kitchen. Bedrooms all a good size with plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Bathrooms a good size again with plenty of cupboard space. Great proximity to the beach and an easy walk to a variety of restaurants along the easy level 10 minute walk to the centre of Latchi.

Very beautiful,clean and quite house near the sea. Everything just Perfect.

Idyllic place for watching the sea ! Fantastic stay ! Highly recommend to friends and hope to be back !
