Nestled in Milford on Sea, this charming condo for £108 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. South facing, with sea views, own entrance lovely one bedroom apartment, large lounge breakfast bar and bathroom. Outside patio with table chairs, sun loungers and Barbecue. Private parking. Just a stroll across to the beach with open views of the Isle of Wight and the Needles. Walk into our friendly picturesque village and further to the salt marches at Keyhaven and along Hurst spit. Or walk through our lovely woodland areas along Danestream. If you have more energy than us Christchurch and Bournemouth are just 15/30 minutes away by car, with shopping, busy beaches and trendy bars and night clubs.

Really lovely apartment and great hosts. Only a short stroll to the nearest pub, coastal footpath across the road and a 10 minute walk by the sea to the village. What more could you need?

Bob and Linda are very friendly and helpful hosts, they love ensuring that their guests enjoy their stay. The property is very comfortable indeed and could not be cleaner! It is decorated in soft relaxing tones and overall is a very relaxing place to stay. The only slight inaccuracy is the sea view. Although the apartment is just across the road from the sea, there is only a small glimpse of the sea through the gate to the property.

Bob and Linda were wonderful host. They provided us some very helpful information about the local area regarding restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment is lovely. Prefect for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed walking along the seashore and the spectacular views of the Isle of Wight.

Compact but perfectly adequate apartment for two attached to friendly and helpful owners home. Modern interior which was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Private on-site parking at rear of property. Situated just off the quiet coast road west of Milford village with very little traffic noise. Spectacular views of the sea and across to the Needles on the Isle of Wight from the lounge and bedroom and a two minute walk to the promenade and beach. We appreciated the welcome prosecco and chocolates.

We had a very enjoyable few days on the south coast. The apartment was very well situated, within walking distance to the village. The apartment was perfect, very clean and comfortable, and Bob and Sue were fantastic hosts. Will definitely be going back for another visit.

My wife and i had a lovely four day stay in a superior apartment in a great location. Our host Robert was most welcoming, explained everything about the apartment and the location and all the and the local amenities. We were spoilt for choice for somewhere to eat in the village which was less than 15 minutes walk away. On the doorstep of the New Forest, all in all a great break. Would thoroughly recommend a stay there.

It was spacious, very comfortable and clean with the added bonus of a large private patio with furniture on which to enjoy the sun and view. Off road safe parking. A great place from which to explore Milford on Sea and the beautiful New Forest. We would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay and Linda and Bob were very helpful. We loved that you didn’t need a car and everything was within walking distance. We cooked in a few nights but equally found some lovely restaurants. The beach is literally just a stones throw away. We will definitely be back.

This is a gem of a find! A stylish, spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable apartment providing everything you need for your stay. Located in an ideal spot immediately opposite the sea and only a short walk into Milford Village. The hosts, Bob and Linda, are super friendly and made us feel very welcome. They even provided some 'welcome' treats which was a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Great location for beach, village and many walks around Milford. Fantastic views across to Isle of Wight and the Solent, Round the island yacht race nice bonus. Hosts were very friendly and the apartment was clean, well equipped. and nice surprise awaited us in the fridge. This was our first break for almost 3 years, so glad we chose Cliff House. Go there you will be glad you did

The owner, Linda was there to meet us on arrival and show us around, providing useful local information about restaurants and things to do.

Sparkling clean, the property had a large bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen/ living area and separate bedroom with plenty of clothes storage. Off road parking is available at the rear of the property.

Plenty of great eating places in and around the Milford on Sea area; we enjoyed the The Gun Inn (Keyhaven), The Royal Oak (Downton), Beachcomber Cafe (Barton on Sea) and The Smugglers Inn (Milford on Sea). We also enjoyed drinks from The Cave (sat on benches in the sun on the village green) and The Beach House Hotel.
