Nice place, attentive owner, very clean, good location!

Bathroom (double room) deserve some improvements, despite it might be difficult in an old town nice building structure: in order to obtain sufficient level of privacy (own & from neighbours) would be good to make doors fully closable & a bit sound proof, shower pressure needs some serious boosting and ventilation is completely missing or i haven´t found it. Breakfast - good home made cofee, otherwise artificial mostly sweet staff which we skip as in many Italian B&B places.

I felt like at home, beautiful design and atmosphere. Nice location not far the rail station. Nadya is very charming lady, very friendly. I highly recommend this place!
