Absolute gem of a host and apartment

Absolutely everything. Ana is just the perfect host. We were greeted at the door with her warm personality and she explained everything. There was fresh fruit and chocolate and coffee and even wine!!! Location is perfect, quiet for sleeping but right in the heart of things. Beautiful finished apartment with everything we could think of and more. Highly recommend

Old Town Treat

Location is ideal. Down a oneway alley so extremely quiet but right in the centre of the action! Minutes from all of the Old Town sights. The apartment is so beautifully decorated, stunningly renovated with the stone work on show. It has all the facilities you might need and Ana took the time to take us through a map of the town. Absolutely brilliant stay!

Excellent - 12 out of 10

The self catered apartment is in the centre of the old town. It is presented immaculately with everything you need for a lovely relaxed stay. The kitchen & bathroom are fitted out with everything you need. Our host welcomed us & then left us with information on how to work everything, a bowl of fruit, bowl of chocolates & a bottle of wine. We would stay here again in a flash - it’s a pity we couldn’t stay longer. We travel a lot and Dalti Apartment is far superior to anything we have stayed in before.

Beautifully renovated, in the heart of Radar. Great host to explain the apartment and place. Welcome chocolates for kids Great use of space and high quality fittings and lighting. Great place to chill on a long holiday away from home.

Highly Recommend

Apartment was superb. Sympathetically modernised. It is in a great central location for Zadar. In addition, it is super clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need, comfy beds, great air-con and to top it all Ana was such a welcoming, genuine and friendly host, who was happy to help with anything, albeit we didn't need anything it was nice to know she was there if we did. We are so glad that we chose this apartment and would highly recommend.

The best gem in the heart of Zadar

This was by far the best place we have stayed at during this trip. Ana is the dream host, incredibly generous and accommodating. She responded within a few minutes to all our messages, great Ed us with true Balkan hospitality, provided with lots of extras, from a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, sweets etc. Apartment is amazing, better than 5 star hotels, in the absolute heart of Zadar, quiet street, within a few mins walk from paid and free parking. Exceptional and beautiful!

The apartment is very well equipped - kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc and is designed beautifully, attention to detail seems of high importance to the owner and it shows. Feels like a 5 star accommodation. The apartment is super central, at the heart of the old town and everything is at your fingertips - restaurants, cafes, bars and the ocean.. Anna,the host, was incredibly friendly, warm - she went out of her way to help us on several occasions (including sending us a package of clothes we had forgotten of our son), keen communicator and provided helpful tips and also set a nice welcome package of wine, snacks and coffee. We would happily stay again !

Hidden gem run by an absolute diamond!

We loved everything about this accommodation, we would have given more than 10 stars if it was possible! We visited on our honeymoon - we felt a bit let down by our wedding night room back home but this apartment more than made up for that. It is a great mix of modern and traditional architecture, spotlessly clean, spacious, excellent value and centrally located. Ana was the perfect host and always on hand if needed. She really cares about her customers and goes the extra mile. We were welcomed with a lovely selection of goodies and a cheerful personality. She also went above and beyond by giving us a lift on our departure day as a wedding present. What a star! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to be based in a lovely location, staying in a wonderful property owned by a magnificent host!

Our only negative was that sadly we couldn't stay longer!! :-)

Truly excellent.

Simply wonderful!!! Rarely have I been in a place that is so well maintained/remodeled and true to the pictures and description. Ana was very friendly and more than willing to help out advise us. She really spoiled us. Property is in the heart of the city center but in a small side street (dead end) so no noise from the busy shopping/bar public.

The only minor thing (which the property cannot influence) is the amount of noise from the upstairs neighbor. it’s an old building so we could hear them walk in the evening. It wasn’t every night so it might depend on who is staying there.

Amazing.

Perfect location in a little side street right in the centre of town near all the restaurants, bars and shops. Beautifully renovated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything you could ever need. Air conditioned which was a godsend. Nice extra touches such as complimentary bottle of wine and coke, chocolate bars and fruit. Ana our host was so kind and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. Can highly recommend.

We had high expectations of the Dalti apartment and these were exceeded.

The apartment was extremely clean with every facility you'd want. Beautifully designed and expensively finished.. The host, Ana, is a lovely person and met us on arrival even though we arrived quite late in the evening.

The sofa bed is at the front of the apartment and you do get street noise from the street just outside. If you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue but it's only a minor complaint and does not in any way take away from the real pluses the apartment offers in terms of comfort, cleanliness, facilities, value, and location. Next time we're in Zadar we'll look to book the Dalti apartment. I can't say fairer than that!

The location was excellent! It was quite inside the room even if there was something going on outside. Very clean and modern. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had some locals come in to meet us and they also commented how nice the room was.
