** SPECIAL OFFER ** 7 NIGHTS WITHIN 26th MAY - 6th JUNE 2024 ** £959pw ** Casa Fina is a fabulous fully air conditioned, in all bedrooms and lounge, detached villa situated in a superb quiet location within Puerto del Carmen, with distant sea and mountain views within residential Timanfaya, a quiet area of detached villas yet close to all the amenities of the main resort - a 5 minute walk to the centre of the main beach. Casa Fina is equipped and maintained to a very high standard. We stay at Casa Fina for 3 months of the year and expect to find the villa in excellent condition, and we do, as will you. The main bathroom has been completely refurbished in 2023, to a high and modern standard, everyone has been pleased with the result. Our guest book boasts fantastic comments about the villa and its location, with many guests returning year after year. The sea front and main Puerto del Carmen beach together with the shops, bars and restaurants on the Avenida Las Playas are a 5 minute walk away to the centre of the beach (properties in Los Mojones are typically a 30 minute walk uphill back from the start of the beach). A 15 minute walk takes you into the Old Town and harbour with its many shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary and a taxi from the airport costs approx 18 Euro. Situated in a very peaceful area yet only 5 minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment. We cannot emphasise enough that the location of Casa Fina is superb and mentioned by all our guests. Casa Fina's bedrooms are on the ground floor - a design feature to provide cool bedrooms. There are 3 good sized well equipped and air conditioned double bedrooms, with a large amount of wardrobe space and storage. The heated pool, which is larger than in most villa's, has Roman steps for easy access and is heated to 29C. The pool has just been fitted with the latest non-chlorine filtration system - so safe for your children, you and your skin. The terrace surrounding the pool is Astro Turf creating an attractive non-slip surface which does not get too hot to walk on. There are plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool and for shade, a newly installed extendable cantilever canopy offering 50UV protection, along with umbrellas. There is a newly built hot/cold poolside shower designed to give privacy for use before and after your swim. There is a brick built BBQ on the terrace with table and chairs. A stay at Villa Casa Fina will not disappoint you.

We would like to say a big thank you to Karen and Chris who are brilliant, from checking in to checking out, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always there at the end of the phone if we needed anything and so quick to respond to us.

The property is absolutely lovely - clean rooms, plenty of towels for showering and for pool, fantastic balcony to watch sunrise and sunset. Cannot fault it. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach and beachfront bars and restaurants.

Great communication between enquiring, which lead us to booking this property.
Everything was made very clear for or arrival and we were all delighted on entering this great property.
Greeted by Chris and Karen the morning after arriving and they were at the end of the phone if needed.
The property itself has everything you need and the pool was amazing. The location was great too, less than ten minutes walk to wonderful restaurants and bars.
As or flight home was in the evening, we managed to have a late check out, which was ideal.
There is only one thing that would benefit this property and that is a dish washer, especially with a bigger group.
I would highly recommend this property.

We all enjoyed our week at the Villa. The location is fantastic - 10mins walk from beach, restaurants & bars. The villa was perfect very clean with comfortable beds and a great swimming pool. Plenty of space for 6 sun beds with an awning and parasols for shade. The outside terrace was great for breakfast and lunch. Thanks Karen for the welcome pack. Overall a great experience - we will return again.

We had a lovely time staying at the Villa. Ideal location and well stocked with all the items you need to make your stay comfortable. The kids loved the pool, we loved the balcony. Chris and Karen made sure we were welcome and if we needed anything, they were a text or call away. Overall, we had a really nice holiday

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It wasn’t enough! Great location to beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The area was quiet and felt really safe to walk around at night.
The house and pool were amazing. The house has everything you could need.
Karen and Chris were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The communication with the owners in booking was great too.
Couldn’t recommend this house enough. We will definitely be back to stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful house.

Casa Fina is a beautiful villa with a large pool and plenty of outdoor seating in a great location. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay such as towels, utencils, etc. The pool was regularly cleaned during our stay while the balcony overlooking the pool/ terrace area was particularly nice. Set in a quiet area but only 5mins walk to the main sea front and strip, 20 minute walk to old town. There is a nice pizza resturant 2mins walk away for eating in along with some nearby grocery stores while there is a lovely tapas bar just before you reach the main strip where you'll also find a great selection of places to eat and drink, so everything you need is close by. Kathy was great to communicate with before our trip while Karen and Chris were very friendly, helpful and easy to deal throughout our stay. Highly recommend Casa Fina to anyone looking for a quiet villa very close to the centre of Puerta Del Carmen.

Casa Fina is such a beautiful villa, inside and out, so clean, in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk to strip, very peaceful area. The villa is well equipped, the owner and villa managers are very welcoming nice and helpful, we can’t wait to come back. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, I loved how the beds were so comfortable too. I could go on and on saying lots of lovely comments here. You won’t be disappointed if you book this villa. The neighbours that stay next door are lovely too. 😊

Had a fantastic month in this villa. Friendly welcome from Chris and Karen who were so helpful with local information. Pool area was perfect and pool cleaned regularly. Location was perfect away from the busy strip. 10 minute walk to the pubs , restaurants and shops. 20 minute walk to old town harbour. Was cooler for first few weeks in the evenings and could perhaps have done with some form of heating. As coffee lovers would have liked a coffee machine. Overall excellent holiday in an excellent well looked after Villa.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fina. Pool is a fantastic size and the outdoor terrace for eating is lovely. Communication with owner and property managers was really easy and any questions we had were immediately answered. We would stay here again definitely.

Our first post-lockdown holiday could not have been at a better property. A beautiful villa with a large pool in a fantastic location.
Very clean and tidy on arrival, with all the conveniences of home.
Perfectly placed, just a short walk to the seafront and all the bars/restaurants, but not right on top of it.
The owners could not have been more accommodating, with all the changes to the dates and travelling restrictions of the previous 2 years - they were very flexible and helpful - thank you!!!

Grat villa and I'll definitely be booking again. 3 double bedrooms for me and my 2 girls was great. The pool was the absolute cherry on top - especially since the area is a sun trap (make sure you've got factor 50 lol)

Fantastic stay!
We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first family vacation in two years. Everything is walkable from Kathy's property and the pool was fabulous. The house was clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway
Lovely, clean property with everything needed for a family to relax and enjoy some time away. Coronavirus meant that we didn't venture out as much as we would have liked but location is perfect. We would recommend this property to anybody looking to relax in Lanzarote! Thanks

Perfect family holiday
Beautiful villa in a very peaceful and convenient location. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room inside for all the family. Everything we needed was at hand and the property managers next door were very helpful and friendly. The owner helpfully allowed a later check out to allow us to make the most of our final day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return.

Casa Fina is perfect for families with a large pool area & ample space inside & out. A few upgrades have been made since our last stay , the kids especially liked the new outdoor shower after swimming. Close to beach, local shops & restaurants but also located in quiet residential area so no worries about noise. We would definitely stay again.

Great villa, great location.
Really fantastic villa, immaculately clean, all the home comforts you could need set up in a really comfortable homely way. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the main strip. Great pool and sunloungers got the sun all day and a beautiful balcony to sit and escape the sun. We were a family of 4 and there was loads of space for all of us and our stuff. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a great base for a holiday in Lanzarote.

Fantastic villa in a great location
We have been visiting Puerto del Carmen for the last 30 years (normally twice a year) and this is the best villa we have stayed at. A great combination of space, comfort, facilities and location. Lovely pool.

Very nice villa with heated pool
We have been going to Lanzarote for years and this year was the best time we have had by far, the very well equipped villa is close to the beach. We wasn't sure if heated pool would be warm enough in December but it was well worth it, the kids couldn't get enough of it.

Fantastic holiday
Casa Fina is a fantastic villa. Was out here for the Ironman and the villa is in the perfect location. A short walk from the beach. The private pool is lovely. I’ll be back next year!

Perfect holiday home for all the family
This was our 3rd stay at Casa Fina, 4 adults & 2 children under 7. It just keeps getting better each time. The villa was very clean, everything we needed was there & any minor problems (tv stopped working during our stay) were resolved very quickly. Location is close enough to walk to shops & restaurants but also in a quiet area. Pool is lovely & warm & the artificial grass is great for the kids round the pool. We will definitely be back again.

EXCELLENT
Casa Fina was perfect for our family break, the accomodation was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. We traveled with our family including baby granddaughter, the location was absolutely ideal. If you want a very comfortable and private holiday within easy walking distance of all that Puerto del Carmen has to offer this is the perfect villa- we certainly hope to be back

A fantastic villa for families with younger children. Everything was so convenient that we had a very restful week. Excellent, clean facilities. A lovely warm heated pool, comfy beds and everything you need for children. There is lots to keep you entertained while spending time in the villa including games, DVD’s, music and UK television channels. Many fabulous options for nearby bars and restaurants. Alternatively it’s so easy to eat at the villa with a fully equipped kitchen and large balcony area or the outdoor BBQ. Supermarkets are close by and stocked with everything you need. A home from home for anyone seeking some sunshine!

Home from home
Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the villa. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It’s location was superb, right in the heart of Pto Del Carmen and just a short walk to the harbour.
Our days were mainly spent around the pool, the water so warm! Although close to the beach front, laying around the pool was very peaceful.
We ate out most nights, a short walk to dozens of restaurants. The Cherne fish was our favourite.
When we did get back to the villa in the evening, it was easy to relax and enjoy the TV with all the English channels and every sports channel I had heard of - watched a few live premiership matches.
We will be returning again, and again.....

Superb home away from home
We had a fantastic 9 nights at Casa Fina. The house was cleaned to an excellent standard and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and perfect holiday. The villa provided a high chair and travel cot for our son which was bigger than usual and came with a proper mattress meaning our son slept soundly and comfortably- a great touch!
The villa is just a short walk away from the beach and the many bars and restaurants however with the house being so lovely we mainly stayed around the pool! We couldn't fault the villa and would highly recommend it.

Relaxing, Quiet, Perfect
A home from home. The villa was immaculate, comfortable and had everything to make our stay perfect. The pool was heated to a good temperature and we couldn't keep the kids out!
The beach was a very short walk away, as were the bars and restaurants. So many restaurants, so much great food.

Fantastic Break in an amazing villa!
Had a great week at the Casa Fina Villa.
The villa is amazing spacious (there were 4 adults, and a 14 and 11 year old!) we had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Balcony was fantastic for sitting in the sun and relaxing, kitchen is new and all the stuff we needed for the week, including a large fridge for our friend san Miguel!
Pool was massive and exactly what we wanted!.....no queuing for sunbeds and a dip when we wanted!...heaven!
You were 5 mins away from supermarkets and 10 minutes walk from the front with all its bars and restaurants.
Will we be back?....yes 100%, if your looking for a villa break, in a beautiful country then this is for you!
