My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Juan apartments. Everything was so perfect just couldn't fault a thing. Juan is such a lovely guy and is there for you at any time day or night if ever you need him. The apartment was beautiful with Everthing you need just like going home from home.Thank you so much Juan for the perfect holiday and hope to return one day soon. Highly recommended to family's young or old.Simple love Benodorm and the apartment was in such a fantastic place the pool is gorgeous and to finish of our wonderful holiday we even had the sunshine everyday day for a week. Well done Juan and many thanks for everything will defiantly return to Juans apartment complex in the near future.Such a lovely man and so helpful thanks again and hope to see you soon Ang and Len xxxxxxxxx

We have stayed at this apartment previously and found it to be ideal for our requirements. The property is clean and well maintained and has English TV and Wifi (extra cost) and a Safe (extra cost). It has one bedroom and a bathroom with shower over. It has a small kitchen with all facilities we needed. Juan the owner was waiting to greet us when we arrived with the keys and was available whenever we needed assistance. We are a retired couple looking for an apartment close to the facilities of the Levante side of Benidorm yet close enough to walk to the Poniente side and beyond. We like to walk and this area of Benidorm provides a good, flat, pleasant walk along the promenade from Levante to Poniente. We like to be in the centre of all the attractions and also for the yearly fiesta. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back again in 2017 for more of the same.

Really enjoyed my stay here,Juan was very helpful and friendly and gave useful advice when required.
The accommodation is part of a residential block ,all very clean and well maintained.
My apartment was excellent,great 40 inch TV with British channels and a nice balcony/kitchen and spacious living room.
Anyway,the block is 15 minute walk from beach ,supermarket across the road and bars/restaurants down the hill and pleasant change from the mad zone.
Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday .pool not open in the "winter" but that did not bother me.
Well priced and all you need inside and outside-great value for money.

Couldn't get much better!
Juan is absolutely brilliant. Good communication prior before arriving in Benidorm. Once arrived at Benidorm greeted us very friendly, once in the apartment showed us around and how everything works. Explained that there a extras available (Wifi €10 for a week can't beat that). Couldn't meet a more friendlier guy. And thank you for helping us out when we left the buggies at the airport!
Onto the apartment. Great! Everything you need is in there, very spacious and clean. We've got a two year old and three year old what came with us so quite worried about balconies so we was pleased to see their is safety class fitted!
There is a main bedroom with two single beds and in the lounge area two couches which pull down into double beds so more then enough!
The apartment is in a residential building so it's not like a hotel, it's located a ideal place with everything around you a short walk but away from all the noise.
There are two swimming pools on the complex, we went out of season so the big pool was closed (no problem!) Juan explained we could use the opposite hotels pool which is only across the road. We went once very nice! But my kids were content using the small pool in our complex.
Overall couldn't ask for anything else! Holiday was brillent, was nice meeting Juan and looking forward to returning.

Just back fro a 4 night stay here and we really enjoyed it.
The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The location is great....away fro the hussle and bussle but less than 10 minutes walk away from the beach, bars and entertainment etc.
Juan the manager was very helpful..... he was in contact with us from our arrival at the airport and was waiting at the main entrance of the complex when we got there.
We would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again in the future.

fantastic apartment great location juan the owner was great met us at the front gate and showed us around , the pool is great for kids never overcrowded and very safe . my 9 year old learnt how to swim he didnt want to come home . will be booking same time next year . thank you so much Juan . see you soon and take care .

Our stay was Excellent from start to finish!!! Juan the owner is a really lovely person, always on hand to help with anything during your stay, nothing too much trouble for him, very polite and friendly. Apartment was great, had everything in we required for our 10 day stay! also a big thing for us is cleanliness the apartment was very clean and spacious plenty of room for the four of us and the balcony quite big. The pol was amazing our children loved it so much they did not want to return home!

Juan was friendly and met us outside the apartment, once inside he showed us where everything was and how it worked. Juan told us he was available 24hrs a day and to call him if we needed anything or we had problems.
The property was very clean and tidy and as a family of 6 we found we had plenty of space for us all, the balcony overlooks the pool and is better than most as the sun does not shine into your eyes during the day, the pool is large and was never overcrowded during our stay.
The apartment like most in Benidorm is on a hill but there are plenty of pubs to rest in, the location of the apartment is only a short walk from the beach, market, waterpark or busy nightlife so is situated perfectly for the majority of people.
I would stay in this property again and would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

The appartment's owner Juan, was very helpful & friendly. from making the booking to checking into the appartment.
The appartment's location is very convenient and it's on a slight hill so walking back up can work a sweat up, 2mins walk to the supper market (which is a normally priced & used by the locals) 5mins to local restaurants, 7mins to the shopping areas, 10-15mins to the Lanvate beach, 15mins to the main night life strip & 15mins to Aqualand & Mundomar (must dos for kids).
The appartment is on the 3rd floor and there's a set of Appartment block steps near the front door & elevators with less than a minutes walk on either side of the appartment.
The only thing the appartment doesn't have is a conventional oven which limits cooking family meals in the appartment but it has everything else you would need.
I recommend asking for the air-conditioning to be switched on but be careful with how cold & how long it's on for as you could run up a bill that is paid by the meter. There's a safety deposit box & WIFI that requires a small fee €25 for both for the week.
The balcony is well protected (4 feet high glass & metal panels) so little ones will be safe.
The swimming pool is fantastic our kids loved it, sun loungers are available if you want to rent some but not essential as there's grass areas at the pool that are soft under a beach towel.
It's well recommended!

The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. The crockery is a bit miss matched but there is plenty of it. Bed was very comfortable and the shower is good.
There is a small charge for wifi, it can be a little bit slow..
Juan met us at the apartment, he is very helpful, He lives in the apartment block so he is on hand if anything is needed.
The apartment is very well positioned in the Rincon area but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There are some nice local bars and restaurants on the same street plus a supermarket.
The pool was closed when we were there but we could have use of the hotel next doors pool.
We would definitely go back to this apartment.

My wife and I are just home from a 2 week break at the Vacanza apartments. This is the 4th time we have stayed there. We love it. We have a 1 year old and find the apartment is good for him as it came with a travel cot plus it has all the amenities like a washing machine for his clothes. It also has a cooker for preparing his food. There is also a microwave and kettle for when he was on his bottles. The apartments are very clean. It is in a gated community so it is very safe. Juan who we dealt with was very helpfull any time we needed him. he couldnt do enough for us. There is a bit of a hill leading to the apartment. It might put some people off but it never put us off and we have a baby and a pram to push up it. We have stayed here many times before and we will continue to do so in the future.

Our family of 5 had a brilliant time at vacanza tha apartment was lovely Juan was very helpful would definitely recommend and we would book again the only downfall is there was no air conditioning but overall excellent

I booked this apartment for the pool so was extremely disappointed that when we arrived the pool was closed until June the following year. Had I been informed this when I inquired I would not have booked it. I was traveling with 2 small children (2 and 4) and so we hoped to spend our days by the pool and enjoying a lazy time. Luckily for us my parents were staying on Raco campsite so we used their pool but it was 1 mile away and with 2 small children was hard work. I do think I should have been told the pool would be closed when I enquired.

Only stayed for 2 nights,but found the apartment to be perfect. Good location, only 10 minute stroll to the madness that is Benidorm. Juan, the owner was really helpful, and lives in the same block if you need any assistance. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in Benidorm.

Was meet on arrival by Juan who was most helpful.
The apartment has everything you will need for a great stay, very clean and the complex is in a great area of Benidorm.
The complex has a very large pool with out the mad early morning rush for sunbeds there is plenty of space as you can see from the complex photos.
Entrance to the complex is key fob so security is very good.
There is a great supermarket just across the road that sells nearly everything and just down the road is some great bars and restaurant's including the great Yorkshire pride.
10 minutes stroll and you are on the beach front which is beautiful.
So all in all we had a fantastic chilled out holiday and will definitely return to Juans apartment.

I booked these apartments threw owners direct and to be honest was a bit unsure ......but Jeun kept in touch with me every step of the way he met us at the apartments as arranged showed us around and was warm and welcoming, he got us tickets for the water park and give us a heads up about were to eat change money ect nothing was to much trouble ....the next day was very hot and he brought us fans, the pool and apartments are spotless and there's not a sound at night ........the palm beach Hotel is just beside it and you can use it but to be honest the pool is crowded and very busy we were happy sitting at our own pool away for all the fuss .....we traveled with my daughter of 16 and her friend and our toddler the apartment were just perfect for us all its in a nice area away from the Busy streets of Benidorm but just a five minute walk in to the beach ..........I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments to any one and if we return to Benidorm it will definitely be to stay here

I have just returned from a week in the apartment it was lovely and very relaxing the apartment was well equipped and had a loveley pool. The location was excellent for walking to all areas of benidorm including the water park, old town, benidorm palace and levante beach. Juan was very helpful,met us from the co-op when we arrived and recomended some loveley restaurants which we visited a few times, this is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

Juan the owner met us when we arrived at the complex. He was very helpful and tried his best to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The apartments are up a slight hill but this was not a problem for myself or my children. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The complex was lovely, very green and well maintained with two lovely swimming pools. The complex was also very secure, needing a passcard to enter the complex and the pool area. The pool had a lifeguard which was very reassuring for us. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family and will hopefully return there ourselves.

I stopped at the Vacanza Apartments in July this year with my wife and two children.
The Apartments are set on a hill, about 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. The Apartment and complex are excellent, felt very secure, clean, with everything that you need. Two swimming pools, which never got crowded and were ideal.
We were met by Juan on arrival. Juan lives in the same complex and was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much.
The nearest restaurants and bars are just a few hundred metres away, with the main entertainment area (Levante side) about 15-20 minutes walk away.
Would recommend this accomodation for familes and couples, and would be my first choice of accomodation the next time I return to Benidorm.

This apartment is a great place to stay, and we enjoyed it very much.
The apartment is on the 22. floor, with a wonderful view of Benidorm. This view is especially beautiful at night, showing of the lights of the many high buildings in the town.
The pool area is really great, and we didn't see anything in Benidorm, which comes close to this.
The interior in the apartment could use an upgrade, and it can get a little crammed with five to six people in it.
The owner Juan is very pleasant and helpful.
If youre looking for a apartment in Benidorm with a beautiful view and an amazing pool, this is the perfect place.

Apartments were as described, clean with everything we needed for our holiday. Very central location, close to everything, from shops, bars, restaurants and waterparks. We found it an added bonus that we could use the facilities at The Palm Beach Hotel which was across the road. The hotel was very good for childrens entertainment at night, with various shows including animals and magic, and also kids disco. Juan was very helpful from the minute we booked the apartment until we were leaving to come home. We spent a wonderful 12 days in one apartment (my husband, son 13 years, and daughter 10 years), and in a second apartment of Juan's we had two friends(married couple) who also found the apartments great. We have already recommended these apartments to friends, and they have booked them. If we are ever going to Benidorm again it will be to Juan's.
