The location was the best thing about this hotel. Secondly the food was good and well priced.
Each room was dirty. First room had blood stains on the sheets, the second room had a broken AC and bed bugs!
The third room offered to us was the best room they had but even that was dirty and the AC was blowing hot air.
We had to settle for a room which only had a clean bed as it was so late at night and we couldn’t go anywhere due to being new to rajkot.
Management refused to set us right with a worthy discount after the horrible experience we had.
They offered us 10% off our stay which is absurd as they had bed bugs and absolute filth in their rooms.
I would recommend you do not stay here - I seriously suggest you take into account the 6.6 rating, it should be lower if I’m honest.

Good breakfast and generally good service. Some staff shortage noticed and then the service was not up to mark.
The rooms were not as clean as could and we almost daily had to ask for work to be done. One day when one person was sick and the room needed to be cleaned it took 3-4 hours to get this actioned.
There was always toiletries missing and we had to ask for it

Starting with airport pick up our flight was delayed by 45 minutes but after coming out of the airport we had to still wait for the driver for 10 minutes and the hotel didn't cooperate to share his number beforehand hence we didn't know whom to contact too.
On reaching the hotel, the room allotted was in the old building and it's really old.
The rooms are old and lack basic cleanliness, staff isn't cooperative when we asked to change rooms they were very laid back and didn't bother helping us.
After repeated follow-ups we managed to get a lower category room which was the only clean room available but they didn't match the rate in that case.
Food, on the other hand, was good everytime we ordered. Didn't dare to call room service but house keeping was quick to help. They don't keep any hand towels in room and it's an unnecessary hassle.
On the other hand, the air conditioner on the floor wasn't on and there was a heavy smoke smell. We complained 3 times and then on the next day after breakfast they switched it on and the reason given to us was nobody was staying on the floor hence the AC was shut (but we were staying there).
The staff lacks internal communication and we'd to repeat our problems to front desk in every shift.
Highly disappointed with the property and won't recommend staying here.
Always ask for the economy class room in the new tower please if you still choose to stay here.
The location is really good.
