Comfortable house for 2 couples in great location

Comfortable living area and bedroom/bathrooms. Loved each bedroom having its own ensuite Well set up with crockery, toiletries etc Easy walk to beach front and cafe. Very quiet location

no dishwasher !

A beautiful little escape.

We loved the seclusion and quaintness of this little place. It was comfortable and cosy and had plenty of room for all of us. We felt very at home here.

Wonderful location but extra bed fee cancelled that out.

Great location to where we wanted to be, although we would not usually book a 3 bed property but this was all that was available for our dates. Due to back issues we always look for a 2 bed property.

Host tried to charge us $120 for using more than one bed during our stay ! There seems to be an assumption that being a married couple we should only use one bed. However, due to partner's back problems, separate beds are needed during a stay away and it should not matter if we use more than one bed!! We paid up front and linen cleaning should be included in that fee. We did get the charge reduced by 50% but this issue spoiled our overall experience at the property. SO beware couples of the extra bed fee! Also we were only provided with two towels for our 4 day stay. Never have we ever been asked to pay for using more than one bed and we have stayed in many many properties over many years.

Middleton Beach and Albany are lovely. So much to see and do.

To be told the day of arrival, that I had booked a 3 bedroom apartment but only had access to one room. To get the other two rooms unlocked I had to pay an extra $30 per person per night!

We would stay here again fantastic location and very comfortable

location was perfect one street back from the beach l, we stayed in the house at the back of the property it was quaint but very clean and accommodated our family well, beds were comfortable and had everything you needed. Caroline was a lovely host and very welcoming.

Very good

Situated close to the beach, small and comfortable, bedrooms with ensuites. Loved the historical and pictorial books and small touches.

Sound exchange through connecting door of adjoining house gave the feeling of not being private.

Exceptional

Little brick house was a beautiful place to stay. We loved it and the host Caroline was great. The location is wonderful as it is tucked away with great parking and facilities. This is our new place away from home going forward as it was such a great place to stay. Beds were really comfy, it's a short stroll to Middleton Beach and it is presented beautifully with everything you need. Highly recommended.

Fantastic home away from home

Such a comfy and cosy little place. It definitely felt like a home away from home. All the amenities you would want to be comfortable and the place was squeaky clean. We enjoyed the location because it was nice and quiet and close to Middleton beach, only a 7 minute drive into town. Would 100% stay there again.

Personal preference - the sheets were a little starchy and rustled loudly when moving in bed.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Very clean comfortable stay. We were in the back detached 3 bedroom unit. It was very private and quiet. We would stay again.

Superb

We loved our stay here. It was such a bonus for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The location is great - if we'd stayed longer we would have enjoyed walks on the beach. We ate fish and chips from the local fish and chip shop which was fabulous and it's just a short walk to the pub which we didn't go to but will next time. Our 12 year old loved the treehouse and play equipment and we all enjoyed having Netflix included on the TV.
