About this condo rental
Oceanfront end unit on the first level with only sixteen steps to climb. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has two full private baths and a full size washer and dryer. Reserved parking for two small vehicles or one large SUV. Small community pool is located on this side of the building. Private walkway to beach with outside shower. We supply all bed linens, bath towels and paper products free of charge. We have free internet service and wifi. Parts of June, all of July and early August rent from Saturday-Saturday only. However, exceptions can be made. Coral Surf has a no pet policy and the entire condo complex is a smoke free zone. Grilling, trailers and feeding birds from the balcony are not permitted.

I had a great short stay with friends in this condo. I loved the view from the balcony, you see the ocean over the dunes with the sea oats majestically swaying in the wind - felt like a fairytale! There were fireworks at the boardwalk that we could see from the beach one night which was a fun surprise. We did lots of star gazing, too. The complex was fairly quiet (though we could hear footsteps of the folks upstairs) with friendly neighbors who we met on the beach, which wasn’t nearly as crowded as other sections of CB. We would definitely stay here again, though I’d pack a few of my own kitchen items (knives, veggie peelers, etc) to bring next time, but I probably cook more than average, most people would probably find everything they need here!

We had a great time at our short stay at Coral Surf. The condo was small, but it was the perfect size for my husband and me, along with our son, daughter-in-law and two yesr old granddaughter. We were right beside the pool, which enabled us to sit on the balcony and watch them play with her in the pool, and we were right beside the walkway to the beach. Neither was busy so we did not feel like our privacy was invaded, Richard send detailed entry instructions, making that process easy. The kitchen was well-supplied and the condo had lots of sheets, towels, pillows, blankets and was well-stocked with paper products. We would gladly stay there again. The price was certainly right!

We enjoyed our time in the condo. It is on the beach and has all the basic things that are needed. The owner was very responsive when a password did not work. Would stay there again.

The host was amazing, checked in on us personally and attempted to help me with extending our stay at the last minute! He was great!!! Perfect set up, plenty of dishes, linens, etc. Everything was very neat and clean! We had a great stay!

Our daughters were taking a program at the UNCW Marine Life Center and we were looking for a beach front place to make a weekend of it! The condo was perfect for the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids). It was so nice to be right on the beach and the condo met all of our needs for the weekend. It was a nice and quiet building. It would have been a squeeze to park 2 cars, but other than that the listing was accurate. Would definitely consider returning!

Thanks to Richard for being such a good host! He communicated well and even called to check on us when we didn’t arrive as planned. It was a little difficult getting the key out of the lockbox, but it was a nice feature for easy check in. The condo was very clean and organized and had everything we needed. The bathrooms could use an update though. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach. We will definitely return later!

Myself, husband, 2 teens, and my mom stayed 4 nights at the property. It was a great location, easy walk to the beach. There was a great porch for morning coffee and to hear the ocean. Don't expect a great view, it is on the 1st level with a dune in front. We knew this before booking as we have been to CB many times. The condo was fully stocked and extremely clean! The owner, Richard, was great! He was quick to respond and really wants his renters to have a great experience! There were great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

We love the oceanfront condo! Both of Mr. Trubia’s units are so clean & have everything we need & he is an excellent host. He is very quick to respond to questions & your needs! This was our 2nd time renting his property & we will again in the future if he will have us!

Great beachfront property. Bathrooms need a little updating especially master en-suite with sticky door but condo offers you everything you need. Even though we pool is very small and shallow we enjoyed cooling down in it every day!
