Overall, great location to view the falls without having to deal with a huge group of people

The view was phenomenal. We had a falls view room and it was beyond beautiful during the daylight and during the night. Hotel staff were also very friendly and very accommodating

We were not able to check in to our room until almost 6 due to housekeeping. Not sure if the people who were there before us trashed the room, or if housekeeping were just dragging their feet. I’ve never had that problem before. Only remedy to the situation was a later checkout time (pushed from 11am to 12pm) and a voucher for a free buffet breakfast that morning, which we had to leave before breakfast was available so we couldn’t use the vouchers or take advantage of the later checkout time

Comfortable bed, great views

Great view of the falls. Comfortable bed. Clean room

The room had a baby powder scent to it. Not my preference but if someone was sensitive to scents, keep this in mind.

Great location and stunning view!

Clean and updated hotel. Quieter part of Niagara with a stunning view of the falls.

Hot water in showers did not work or last long.

Very nice.

The breakfast buffet was great. The view from our room was great. The sleep spray was amazing.

The duvet was very crinkly and made a lot of noise when moving. The bed was comfortable though.

Fabulous view and lovely staff

Amazing beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable, room spacious , Starbucks in the lobby. The view was absolutely amazing completely overlooking Niagara Falls. Sublime, we felt very very spoilt. The staff were also lovely, kind and efficient. We were given an early check in and a wego pass for the circuit buses to town and attractions.

Niagra Falls is amazing

We had an amazing view -- we were there during a foggy time so sometimes the view was completely obscured but when we could see the falls it was amazing

I think the price of our room was quite high. In retrospect during the winter it would be better to go to a very cheap hotel and then spend money on lunch over-looking the falls at the many of the well situated restaurants -- and then going down to the visitor centre --- I think this hotel would shine better in Spring/Summer

Disappointed for the price

Bed was comfortable

The room was dirty when we got there, bed not properly made, hair in the shower. We asked to moved and moved to a different room, the windows were so dirty we couldn’t get a good picture of the view! We had breakfast then they tried to charge us even though we’d paid for a room with breakfast. Disappointing experience for my 30th birthday which was meant to be really special

Very disappointed. The cost was way to much for the hotel.

My shower was leaking the entire time and it soaked all my stuff. I listened to the elevator all night. The floor was crunch due to the water damage.

Amazing view

We had the duplex room overlooking the falls!!! Cant ask for more. We were able to enjoy the best view of the niagra falls!!! Rushed back to the room to watch the evening fireworks. It was spectacular!!!

Good location and friendly staff, however rest of hotel needs to improve.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when possible. Tasty breakfast.

Rooms were not ready 1 hour after check in time and reception could not confirm when they would be done. One of the rooms had a stain on the carpet and heating was broken. 8th floor corridor near suites smelled of garbage. Parking is paid and limited spots available. Breakfast was very busy and had to wait 15min to be seated. Housekeeping would keep bags of waste in the corridor and kept door to storage closet open for hours.

There was no description on what kind of breakfast and where it is, which could have been included in the package , so we didn’t choose it, and that was a mistake

What a gorgeous night!

The room service staff. They were very very friendly and helped pick out wine for my evening. They were also very prompt, the wait was supposed to be 10 minutes, they arrived within 5.

The pillows are very large in depth, it was very stiff and strained my neck

Not up to Marriott customer care standards

I was charged an amenities fee. I didn't even use any of the amenities. Amenities fee offered beer or wine sampling and a bus pass. I don't drink and paid hotel $39 extra to park my car so why would I take a bus?( open hard to find a parking spot in cold). I tried to explain the lady during check in that why am I charged amenities fee if I don't even use them. She didn't care. My first negative experience staying at Marriott

Multiple tourist taxes costing approximately $100 extra for stay, taxed LS and HST on everything including DAF charity tax and $2 mat fee. Taxes charged were approximately 30-40% greater when booked.

La vista de la suite 🤩 y la bañera muy amplia

Al hacer el check in me pidieron una tarjeta de crédito para hacer un cargo (algo así como una especie de garantía por si algo malo sucedía) y supuestamente me regresarían ese cobro al hacer check out, cosa que no pasó, no había nadie que hablara español y como pude les comuniqué mi duda, dijeron que en el transcurso del día me devolverían el dinero y es fecha que no 👎 Al llegar yo tenía toda mi reservación pagada. No te avisan qué hay más cobros

The view and room so prefect. so wonderfully. and the room very clear too. l will make a booking again for sure.
