Someone smoking in room and waking up every one at 1am because of fire alarm

Location
The owner leaves for the night and no staff at all in the late night.
You get one card key, if it accidentally falls out of your pocket and you ask for another he will scream at you and belittle you.
I've travelled the world twice and never received such poor service.

The location was ok, but no way to get to the restaurant but to drive.
The room needs more cleaning. The face sink did drain out properly. The tub was dirty. Maybe time to install new tub. Bed was too soft. Everything else was fair. They just need to spend more money into the building.

Extremely disturbing noise/ arguing from next door room. Worn furniture. Worn, soiled looking carpets.

Needed to stay over night for personal things in the morning while passing through

Needs a face lift, new bathrooms with no mold in them. Pretty ugly set up actually you can tell the owners are just trying to make a quick buck on the business, some people take pride and some don’t it is what it is.

We did not have breakfast and were not told about it. During booking breakfast was mentioned but in person it was not.

The seats in the room had cereals as you lift the pillows. The room would have needed more cleaning. The room fridge needed replacement,
