Excellent location and good, hot breakfast

Location is convenient to lots of tourist attractions and is close to KC. Loved the breakfast - many choices (eggs, sausage and waffles too!) and staff kept everything very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were there 2 nights, and our room wasn't cleaned. Not sure what happened there but we didn't have our towels replenished even though we left the used ones on the floor as requested. Had to ask for more toilet paper because it wasn't restocked.

The hotel was not what I expected when I rented it.

The bed was very slept in- not comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were closed the second night I was there and I had picked this hotel because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The food for breakfast could have been more varied. For the amount of money I paid the room and bathroom were tiny.

Good place, but just average value

Nice clean place, good facilities, easy to find.

Breakfast was a bit sparse. And, not the hotel's fault but there was a college sports team staying there and they completely took over the hot tub, pool area, and breakfast area. We wanted to use the hot tub after a long day on the road but there was no way.

Good place to stay, would return

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus! Excellent

Lack of signage at property made it a bit confusing finding it. Would have been nice to have more places to sit things. Not a lot of counter space at Bathroom sink. Pillows were not great.

Everything was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the fan didn’t work in the bathroom.

Wonderful

The location and the staff is friendly. Good breakfast choices! 2nd time here and coming back in September

The fire alarm going off because of an issue but it’s not the staff fault and they did they best.

It sucked staying there and I won’t be back

I didn’t eat the breakfast because I left early. - The early morning clerk was unavailable and I called out to find someone to check me out. I had a problem with the hotel charging me money “for incidentals”, implying that I would what ?? steal the toilet paper or towels or that I would be trashing the room??? The parking lot was limited parking area for where my room was located, , and the key didn’t work properly outside to open the door. I needed to walk far distances to get in the building to access my room.

Very disappointed. The staff were great, building needs repair, false advertising with price.

Breakfast was decent.

The advertised price was $112.00 but the final bill was $149.00. I do not like manipulation in pricing. Enjoy your one victory from me. There wont be another.

Had a great time visiting my sister and my stay at Fairfield Inn was awesome!!

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was awesome!!

Facility was very clean and comfortable and all the employees were very nice I will stay here again as long as I can get a decent rate I'm always looking for a budget deal on a good motel

The fan motors in the bathroom always stay running I like to hear the TV while I'm in the bathroom

It was totally enjoyable. We will likely book here again.

The location was perfect for us, only a few minutes from family we came to visit. The facility is immaculate and smelled fresh and clean. The room was lovely, and the bed very comfortable. The towels were snow white and very thick. Breakfast was amazing! The omelets were a special treat and very delicious. The hostess in the breakfast was so helpful and friendly and kept the area spotlessly clean.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom cramped. There wasn't much counter space in the bathroom. There was no extra mirror in the room which would have made getting ready for two people a little easier. We also had some very noisy next door neighbors who actually had the police in their room in the morning.

Will definitely stay here again. The location was close to everything.

Breakfast was well stocked and a great assortment of items to choose from. Location was excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly.
